We are celebrating another successful year of property sales at J. & H. Mitchell W.S.
In 2017 we saw many of our properties receiving offers within days of going to market and some achieving over the Home Report value, which led to some delighted clients!
Since registering with Rightmove in May, their statistics have indicated that we have sold properties quicker than many of our competitors*, with each of our properties also being viewed on average 40 times per day.
Whilst there has been UK wide uncertainty surrounding the economy, with Brexit looming, the Highland Perthshire property market has remained buoyant.
The Perthshire Solicitors Property Centre has also reported an increase of £10,000 in average house sale prices across Perth & Kinross in 2017 compared to 2016.**
In the past year we have marketed and sold properties across Highland Perthshire and beyond, as far north as Kingussie and as far south as Perth.
I believe our continued success is down to our ability to match buyers with the right property and our national exposure on Rightmove.com, OnTheMarket.com and PSPC.co.uk, coupled with our emphasis on delivering a high standard personal service to all of our clients and a seamless Estate Agency Service.
With increased sales figures at the end of December, compared to last year, I am looking forward to another successful year ahead and having the opportunity to visit and market some lovely homes.
