Our most recent open-access Charity Trustee Seminar
26 March 2014

Our most recent open-access Seminar for Charity Trustees took place on Thursday 24 April 2014 at Pitlochry Festival Theatre.

Colin Liddell, our Senior Partner and an accredited specialist in Charity Law, took the many delegates through a wide range of topical issues, as well as reviewing the duties of Charity Trustees, how to be an effective Trustee and gingo through the process for Risk Assessment and Risk Management in a charity.

The seminar ended with some excellent questions and the overwhelming feedback confirms that it was well-received and much welcomed.
After the Seminar, many delegates joined all our partners (including our newest partner Paul Keith), our Charity Law assistant Sarah Rennie and our Office Manager Ena Adams for a complimentary drink and a chat.

We will continue to hold occasional open-access seminars from time to time.

In the meantime, Colin (sometimes assisted by Sarah) continues to provide specific training seminars for the trustees of individual charities on a very regular basis. If you would like to know more about charity trsutee training for you or your charity, please let us know by e-mailing colin.liddell@hmitchell.co.uk.
