Scottish Charity Governance and Employment Issues during Covid-19 - Online Zoominar
02 June 2020

We will be hosting a free virtual ‘Zoominar’ for Charity Trustees and managers on 18th June to discuss Scottish Charity Governance and Employment Issues resulting from Covid-19.

Sarah Brown, Solicitor with J. & H. Mitchell W.S. will spend 30 minutes talking about what Charity Trustees need to be thinking about now, in terms of their own organisation's governance, in order to adapt to the 'new normal' while continuing to fulfil their legal duties.

Alison Forsyth, Solicitor with Forsyth Employment Law will talk about the current furlough rules and what organisations need to be thinking about as we transition out of furlough. Key areas such as notice periods, redundancy and holidays during furlough will be dealt with in a 15-20 minute talk with delegates being given plenty of time to ask questions.
